We conduct CBT’s (Compulsory Basic Training) courses every day, weather permitting! We often get people who have ridden before and/or have a full car licence; these people largely complete the course within a day. Some will be car drivers with no bike experience, some will have no car or bike or road experience at all mayl quite often take more than a day.
We always train our complete novices on a one to one basis, the duration of the course is normally a minimum of a day, dependent on ability. If the trainer feels you require further training, he or she will advise accordingly.
After successful completion of all five elements of the course, the CBT certificate will then be awarded. Please don’t worry if it takes longer than a day, we want you to ride for a long time afterwards, safely!.
On a final note, please bear with us; charges for CBT are initially a day charge, should you require more training it will cost more, as unfortunately our staff want wages!
